Deborah McCarthy has extensive experience and an impressive record of accomplishments in business development, management and customer service specifically in the areas of finance, sales and education. David Elliott is a 30 year plus community member of Orange County. He currently serves as President/CEO of the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce serving the second largest city in Orange County (375,000 people). Before coming to the chamber in summer of 2010 he served as Associate Vice President for University Relations at Vanguard University where he served effectively in several roles for over 15 years. In addition, Dave is president of David Elliott and Associates, Inc., a business development consulting firm serving for profit and non profit businesses and organizations. In March 0f 2016 he launched the INSTITUTE for COMMUNITY IMPACT, a program of PASSKEYS FOUNDATION. He is known throughout Orange County as a “Relationship Builder and Connector of People”. His passion is “JUST DO GOOD” and you will make a difference; it is always about the people you are surrounded with that make you successful and significant. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Arizona and a Master of Arts degree in Music from Azusa Pacific University.

Dave has been married to his wife Sherri for over 12 years and has 4 children and 13 grandchildren.
